Products are shipped from Georgia.

All orders are mailed within 24 hours of payment. Orders will generally be delivered within 2-3 business days depending on location.

All orders are sent via first class mail or by UPS with a tracking number. If your order shows as delivered, we are unable to reship or send any replacements or refunds.

I have no control over the package once it leaves my possession. I do ship all orders with additional insurance and a claim can be filed to reimburse any money you have spent.
